So, You Think It's Been a Bad Year?
Dec 13, 2020 • Bill Titus
In a year marked by grief, isolation, and fear, this sermon reminds us that we’re not alone in our suffering. The Gospel of John introduces Jesus not through a manger scene, but as light shining in darkness — a light that cannot be overcome. John the Baptist’s story, along with the witness of martyrs and saints across history, invites us to hold onto hope, even when things feel hopeless. This year has been hard, but the light of Christ still shines. And that changes everything.
